We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, to manage our Accommodation department.
As Accommodation Manager, you will oversee all accommodation operations, focusing on reservations, customer service to accommodation patrons, housekeeping, rosters and general admin tasks.
You will lead a team of five and report to our GM.
In addition you will have strong leadership skills, genuine interest in hospitality & tourism, the local Bathurst region & opportunities for business growth.
The ideal candidate will have genuine interest in hospitality & tourism, the local Bathurst region & opportunities for business growth. Initiative & positive attitudes towards flexibility of shifts given the nature of hospitality is a must.
Desirable attributes are:
* Strong guest focus & positive workplace attitude
* Efficient time management & punctuality
* Communication & interpersonal skills, promoting positive team environment, whilst demonstrating initiative & efficient outputs
* Previous reception experience in a Hotel environment
* Proficiency using booking platforms
