Join a leading global asset manager on its Australian Investments platform as a Senior Investment Analyst. This transaction‐led role is pivotal in supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of real asset investments for our institutional clients.

What You'll Do
* Lead comprehensive financial modelling and underwriting to support transaction execution and investment evaluation.
* Conduct in‐depth market, financial, and ESG analysis for prospective investment opportunities, including robust financial modelling.
* Prepare compelling preliminary underwriting materials, Investment Committee papers, and detailed investment recommendations.
* Manage due diligence processes, effectively coordinating internal stakeholders and a wide range of external advisers.
* Develop and review complex financial models for greenfield, mixed‐use, and repositioning development projects.
* Model sophisticated construction funding structures, including senior debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity, analyzing drawdown profiles and covenants.
* Support ongoing portfolio management activities, including performance reporting, valuations, and investor communications.
* Contribute to investment strategy development and origination, actively building and maintaining relationships with key market participants.
What You'll Need
* A degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
* Approximately 4–6+ years of experience in real estate investment, development underwriting, funds management, investment banking, or advisory.
* Demonstrated experience in development feasibility modelling and/or construction‐related investment analysis.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities are essential, with a high attention to detail.
* Proven ability to assess investment opportunities critically and build conviction in recommendations.
* An understanding of the domestic real estate market, various asset classes, investment strategies, and deal structures.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple asset classes and mandates, and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.
