About the Role
The core responsibility of this role is to effectively oversee and nurture commercial relationships with both retailers and end-user customers. The primary objective is to manage and enhance an existing portfolio of business partnerships, aligning with the company's long-term growth goals.
This entails identifying potential partners, engaging in prospecting activities, and facilitating the onboarding process to establish new distribution channels for the company's products. Additionally, collaboration with internal technical support resources will be essential to provide effective assistance to end users.
As a representative of the company, the role will involve attending industry events and delivering presentations to showcase the company's offerings and services when appropriate.
About the Person
The ideal candidate for this role will possess :
* Background in sales and / or business development
* Technical understanding of agronomy, ideally with exposure to pasture production and / or grazing systems
* High level of enthusiasm, persistence, and energy
* Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach when interacting with both customers and internal colleagues
