About the role:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
* Build long-lasting client relationships through expert advice, clienteling, and follow-up service
* Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
* Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches and brand education
* Ensure the counter is visually merchandised and maintained to Estée Lauder's luxury standards
* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and general counter upkeep
* Represent the Estée Lauder brand with polished grooming, professionalism, and passion
* Support in-store events, launches, and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
* Work collaboratively within the team to create a positive, respectful, and performance-driven culture
