Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow our wholesale national retailer's portfolio across all brands and categories.
The successful candidate will focus on achieving sales targets and service level agreements by navigating the administrative and compliance requirements essential for servicing national retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify opportunities and drive business development initiatives that enhance the presence of our brands in the national retailers market.
* Product and Marketing Initiatives: Oversee product and marketing initiatives designed to increase sales and market share.
* Customer Relationships: Build strong and strategic relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, execute, and implement sales, product, and marketing strategies.
* Prepare and execute initiatives designed to increase sales and market share.
* Oversee customer order handling, inquiries, and complaint resolution to meet or exceed agreed service standards.
* Manage customer relationships through email, phone, branch visits, and field visits on a regular schedule or as needed.
* Develop and maintain efficient and effective customer communication plans and operating rhythms.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Commercial Experience: Extensive and successful sales experience demonstrated through year-on-year achievement of sales targets.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience working with National retailers and managing a complex and diverse customer portfolio.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including the ability to build meaningful relationships and balance commercial goals with customer satisfaction.
