About Us
* Manage the complete RFP lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, coordinating inputs, compiling responses, and submitting final proposals.
* Collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to gather relevant information for proposal creation.
* Ensure cross-functional coordination to collect technical, commercial, and operational inputs required for proposals.
* Maintain documentation governance standards for proposal templates, reusable content, and response frameworks.
* Manage proposal timelines and productivity, ensuring submissions meet strict deadlines and compliance requirements.
* Perform quality assurance and review of proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
* Structure and format proposal documents including executive summaries, solution approaches, implementation plans, and project scope.
* Support creation of proposal presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing documentation.
* Maintain a repository of proposal documents, case studies, templates, and reusable content for future use.
* Assist in improving proposal processes, documentation standards, and knowledge management across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in pre-sales documentation, proposal management, or RFP response management.
* Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and enterprise proposal workflows.
* Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams to gather inputs for proposal preparation.
* Excellent written communication and business documentation skills.
* Strong ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
