About the role:
Join KinCare as a Customer Service Representative in our busy inbound call centre team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our valued customers. As part of our team, you will answer and direct calls promptly, provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive team environment.
We offer a hybrid work model, with 1-2 days per week in our Bella Vista office and the rest from home.

* Working hours of 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday

About you:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various systems
* Empathy and patience in dealing with customer enquiries
* Positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional service
