Receptionist & Administration Officer
Join Bendigo Advertiser as a warm, organised and proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator at our Broadmeadow site. This part‑time role (Mon‑Fri, 9:00‑14:30) is key to creating a positive first impression for all visitors and supporting the Senior Operations Manager with essential office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area that reflects company standards
* Greet staff, clients, visitors, associates and VIPs professionally
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly
* Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries and internal mail
* Maintain meeting room bookings, prepare rooms and coordinate equipment
* Assist with company events (e.g., team‑building, service awards, client appreciation)
* Draft, edit and format correspondence, reports and presentations
* Track and reconcile office‑related expenses and submit reports
About You
* Experience in a Reception or Office Administration role
* Proficiency in Excel and SAP – training will be provided
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Motivated and goal‑oriented
* Team player who can also work independently
* Resourceful and committed to adding value
* "Can do" attitude with a drive to achieve and improve
