**Your Role**
In this role, you'll be the go-to guru for all things admin, delivering top-notch support to two Executive Managers, leadership team, internal & external stakeholders.
You'll be the mastermind behind proactive and strategic diary management for two Executive Managers — juggling meetings, prep time and focus sessions like a pro, ensuring their schedules align perfectly with their top priorities.
This 12-month max-term opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office. With our offices placed nationally you will have the choice for your base location Meanjin (Brisbane), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
