The Roles:
Paralegal
Our first opportunity is a Paralegal position within a well-regarded national law firm, where you'll provide high level support up to Partner level within the Workers Compensation practice area. This dynamic role offers exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, including the following day-to-day duties:
-Drafting documents
-Prepare letters of demand and briefs to counsel
-Opening and maintaining files
-Client Liaisons
-Legal research This position is available immediately on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis.
To be considered for this position you must:
-Be immediately available to start working
-Have prior Worker's Compensation experience in NSW
-Have previous Paralegal experience
-Have excellent written and verbal skills
Legal Secretary
We're also recruiting for two Legal Secretary roles:
one within a prestigious global firm and the other at a well renowned boutique practice, supporting teams in the Litigation and Family Law areas.These roles offer the opportunity to support at Partner level, with a variety of key responsibilities carried out on a daily basis, including:
-Diary and inbox management
-Monthly billing
-Drafting and collating briefs
-Filing
-General administrative duties
Both of these positions are available with an immediate start on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis and would require you to have:
-At least 1+ year of experience working in a legal support role
-Relevant practice area experience
-Previous billing experience
-The ability to start immediately
-The ability to work independently and within a team
