Real Estate Sales Agent

You will be responsible for:
1. Prospecting for new business opportunities
2. Participating in regular team training sessions
3. Following up with leads consistently until they are ready to meet with a buyer or listing agent
4. Staying in touch with past clients via phone, email, and text to remain top of mind for future home purchases
5. Tracking and reporting on team performance with monthly and quarterly sales summaries
6. Responding to incoming sales inquiries and converting qualified leads into active clients
7. Keeping the CRM system updated with the latest client info to ensure the team has accurate, real-time data
Requirements
