Civil All Round Plant Operators/ Labourers
Southwest Earthworks is seeking experienced Civil All Round Plant Operators/ Labourers to join our team in Greenbushes, Western Australia. This is a full-time role within our growing Construction company, focused on the Plant & Machinery Operators sub-industry. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Operating a variety of construction equipment and machinery, including excavators, loaders, graders, and rollers
* Performing general labouring duties, such as site preparation, material handling, and landscaping
* Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment, adhering to company policies and safety protocols
* Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest standard
* Maintaining detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and performance
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience (3+ years) operating a range of construction equipment and machinery
* Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety procedures, and industry regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills, with a commitment to quality and safety
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations, or equivalent
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to obtain any necessary licences or certifications
