Insight Landscapes & Bostock Pools & Spas are looking for an experienced Marketing & Content Manager to join our company to help develop our online presence, overseeing strategy and implementation across two innovative companies.

Insight Landscapes are a rapidly expanding, high end landscaping construction company, who for over 20 years built a strong reputation for providing quality workmanship and perfect finish every time without compromise.
Bostock Pools & Spas are a Fibreglass Pools company servicing Wollongong (Helensburgh - Berry). With over 24 year’s experience in the pool industry, it is our personal belief that a pool is the happiest purchase you will ever make for you and your family.
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for both companies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create compelling content including articles, videos, and social media posts aligned with each company’s brand voice and target audience.
* Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
* Experience with maintaining & reviewing Google Ads & SEO
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions across digital channels.
* Monitor social media and website analytics to track campaign performance
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to propose new ideas and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
* Experience within constructed industry work preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
