We're looking for a motivated leader with strong people management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll support the Branch Manager to keep operations running smoothly, lead a small diverse team, and build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
What you'll do:
* Oversee daily operations and support branch performance.
* Lead and develop your team to achieve success.
* Ensure delivery routes are optimised.
* Drive improvements in systems and processes.
* Maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
* What we're looking for:
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
* A forklift licence and/or HR licence (preferable)
