The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing with precision in a high-volume setting, delivering exceptional customer service via email and phone, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in customer service, contact centres, or payroll roles
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and effective
* Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
* Reliable, disciplined, team-oriented
Nice to Have:
* Experience with payroll systems (like CHRIS21)
* Background in bookkeeping or finance
* Familiarity with government payroll procedures
