**The Opportunity**
Are you an enthusiastic educator with a passion for educational psychology? The School of Education is seeking an Associate Lecturer to join the team.

As an Associate Lecturer, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences across our early childhood, primary, and secondary initial teacher education (ITE) programs. You will develop, design, and deliver innovative and engaging teaching, including tutorials, workshops, and other classes, which could be face-to-face, hybrid, or online. In this role, you will engage in scholarly and research activities, support postgraduate students, and participate in School governance and administrative functions. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector and contribute to the School's outreach and engagement efforts.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 6 January 2026, based Penrith (Kingswood) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

**About You**
You have completed, or have submitted for examination, a doctoral qualification in Education. You hold current or recent accreditation as a teacher and/or have extensive experience in educational psychology within the early childhood or schooling sectors. Your background includes demonstrated experience in delivering quality and innovative teaching at the tertiary level. Additionally, you excel in building and maintaining meaningful industry and community engagement and partnership initiatives.

**Remuneration Package**:Academic Level A $112,718 to $136,180 p.a. (comprising Salary of $95,248 to $115,074 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
