Inclusion Support Educator (32.5 hours per fortnight)
Stuart St Kindergarten is one of the only community run and longest standing kindergarten in Dalby QLD. Our centre is a not for profit, community Kindergarten that is operated by a dedicated team of educators alongside our enthusiastic and supportive committee. We are a proud C&K affiliated kindergarten.
Our Kindergarten strives to create a joyful, engaging and inclusive learning environment for all children in our community, to provide a holistic approach to learning and development and setting the groundwork for children to go onto achieve their utmost throughout their life.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator. In this role, you'll play a vital role in creating an environment where all children feel a strong sense of belonging and are empowered to reach their full potential.
Thisrole is worked across a Monday, Tuesday 8 am – 4 pm (approx 32.5 hours per fortnight).

About the role:
* Support the inclusion of all children within the kindergarten program
* Facilitate the learning experiences for your kindergarten group
* Be part of a collaborative teaching environment
* Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
* Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
* Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
About you:You are an understanding, patient, and proactive educator who values inclusion and believes every child deserves the opportunity to participate fully in Kindergarten. You bring positivity, flexibility, and a commitment to teamwork and lifelong learning.
* Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
* Experiences working with children with additional needs
* Current Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
* Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
