Community Center Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the Community Center, including supervising staff and volunteers, managing daily operations, and communicating effectively with the management team and community partners. They will also provide direct line support to family members when required, complete referrals, and assist with de-escalations. Additionally, they will promote a trusting and safe place for both family members and staff by mediating and resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and intervening in crisis situations as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related social services field and a minimum of two years of experience in a senior supervisory role in the community social services sector. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and have a strong understanding of statistical terms and concepts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,715 - 82,271 per annum, commensurate with experience.
