The Role
The Accounts Payable team are seeking an individual with expertise for processes and great attention to detail. Willingness to learn and a robust work ethic are critical for anyone wishing to be successful in this role. The role supports day‑to‑day Accounts Payable duties and processes. Reporting directly through to the Accounts Payable Manager, and working alongside a close‑knit and friendly Accounts Payable team, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Entry and coding of all supplier invoices
- Follow up queries/missing invoices
- Ensure all purchases are approved
- Perform payment processes
- Reconcile supplier accounts/statements
- Enter credit card accounts
The Person
To be successful for this assignment, you will have sound end‑to‑end Accounts Payable experience working within a high‑volume environment, outstanding communication skills. You will have sound problem‑solving and customer service skills and be able to hit the ground running to assist the existing team in this high‑volume and busy role.
