The Organisation & The Role
Our client is a highly resourceful International Bank with total assets ranked in the world's Top 10 banks. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have established a remarkable presence in the Australian Financial Market.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Perform credit risk assessment of various transaction types including M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged and Trade Finance
2. Cover diversified sectors including Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Real Estate & Natural Resources
3. Prepare and present credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments, and on-going monitoring of credit performance
4. Liaise with business functions to facilitate credit application and approval process
5. Provide guidance to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors, and transaction structures
6. Other credit and risk management tasks as assigned
Skill Requirements:
1. At least 3-5 years of experience in analysing structured transactions
2. Independent decision-making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions
3. Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports
4. Tertiary Degree in Commerce / Business / Finance
5. Good knowledge of Corporate Finance & Institutional Banking products
6. Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modelling, data manipulation, and analytics
7. Excellent verbal and written language skills; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is desirable
