Job Description
The Nursing Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care, and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and a postgraduate qualification in leadership/management or be willing to work towards same within 12 months of employment.
