Role – Senior Project Engineer – Structures
* Contribute to site meetings and collaborate with upper management.
* Manage the engineer team, setting individual responsibilities and ensuring overall performance.
* Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
* Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts to deliver structural and fit‑out components of a large multi‑staged billion‑dollar development.
* Stakeholder and resource management – ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives while maintaining quality throughout.
Experience / Qualifications Required
* Stable track record delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1/2 builders in a PE or SPE role (minimum 5 years in Australia for a head contractor).
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
* Strong software skills in Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites.
* Experience developing talent.
* Experience managing large teams in a Tier 1/2 major project environment.
* Compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
* Strong structures experience on major vertical developments in Australia highly regarded.
