Business Development Manager - Enterprise Drones / UAV Salary: Competitive base Super Car AllowanceBonus Location : Sydney Australia Overview Results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in account management, project management, and new business development within enterprise technology and hardware sectors. Proven track record in expanding dealer networks, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions across industries such as public safety, security, energy/utilities, and mining. Key Experience Account Management Manage and grow enterprise accounts to achieve revenue targets Develop account growth strategies and maintain long-term client relationships Identify client needs, pain points, and expansion opportunities Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure client success Business Development (BD) Identify, qualify, and onboard new enterprise clients and dealer partners Drive new business across key verticals including public safety, security, utilities, and mining Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals Build strategic partnerships and scale dealer networks Project Management Lead projects from proposal to closure, coordinating with clients, resellers, and internal teams Translate operational requirements into commercial and technical solutions Support project delivery, training, and stakeholder coordination Core Skills Hardware/technology sales (drones, survey, security equipment - desirable) Other Minimum 3 years of hardware sales experience (drones, survey, security, or technical equipment) Strong business development, account management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects CRM experience desirable If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, then we'd love to hear from you.
