We are looking for a Coordinator, People Services to support our People and Culture function and deliver consistent, high‐quality support across all P&C processes and employee touchpoints.
Coordinator, People Services who will provide timely and accurate support across employee lifecycle processes, act as the first point of contact for P&C enquiries, and ensure data integrity across our systems. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting the efficiency of the People Services team.
What You'll Do
* Provide consistent, high‐quality customer service by responding to P&C enquiries within agreed service levels
* Prepare and issue employment documentation accurately and on time
* Manage workflows and enter new starter details into HRMS and related systems
* Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across P&C systems
* Keep P&C intranet content up to date and accessible
* Support P&C initiatives, activities and project coordination
* Log and track enquiries and escalate complex matters as required
* Provide operational support to the People Services Manager and broader P&C team
* Build strong working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team culture
This is a permanent role supporting People Services operations across Stockland.

Experience and Skills That Count
* 1–2 years' experience in P&C, HR administration, contact centre or a service‐focused environment
* Strong customer service capability with sound problem‐solving skills
* Experience using HR systems and interpreting policies, procedures or industrial instruments
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (or working towards) are highly regarded
