Based in Port Hedland, WA, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer role is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high‐quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner
* Managing inbound calls
* Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs
* Processing of purchase orders, dealing with invoicing queries, and processing BPay payments
* Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required
* Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end‐to‐end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines

* Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
