Develop and execute sales and marketing plans tailored to your designated territory.
Support and maintain dealer networks while monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies.
Demonstrate innovative products to potential customers, showcasing their value and performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and work collaboratively to achieve ambitious targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain competitive edge.

Proven success in equipment sales, ideally within the construction sector.
Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to discuss operational aspects of equipment and spare parts with confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with dealers and customers.
Organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities and achieve sales goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
A valid Australian driver's license and the flexibility to travel in the VIC, SA and TAS regions.
