**Your new role**
As the Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to final delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that their expectations are met.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 10 years of experience in commercial office interiors fit out. You should be an Australian citizen or have a degree from an Australian institution. You should be able to lead a team, deal with clients, and design well. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
