In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting Property Managers, landlords, and tenants.
Responsibilities
* Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team
* Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and documentation
* Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
* Schedule routine inspections and manage entry/exit reports
* Maintain accurate data entry and CRM records
* Support trust account administration and invoicing
* Assist with onboarding new property management clients
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes
About You
* Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is highly regarded
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident and professional communicator, both in person and over the phone
* Able to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
* Certificate of Registration (QLD) or willingness to obtain
* Positive, team-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative workplace
