Reservations Agent (Casual)
We are seeking a casual Reservations Agent to join our charming, confident, and internationally minded team that knows how to exceed guest expectations.
You should be knowledgeable about Mornington Peninsula trends, experiences, and product offerings to create a customized experience for guests every time.
A little taste of your day to day
Answering reservation queries for upcoming stays or current guests.
Resolving guest issues and using feedback to improve satisfaction.
Showcasing knowledge of the local area by sharing recommendations of events, places of interest, and restaurants.
Leading the way as a brand ambassador.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you have previous hotel experience in a reservations and/or front office environment and a passion for delivering great customer service.
You possess a dynamic personality and superior communication skills.
The role's hours involve a rotating roster, shifts between 7am and 11pm over 7 days.
Opera knowledge is highly desirable.
