While this is a **temporary position**, we are also seeking a **dedicated and motivated individual** who may have the potential to take on a leadership role in running our **future pop-up stores** as we continue to expand. For the right person, this could lead to **ongoing opportunities** within Vanity Vault beyond the pop-up store.
**The Role**:
We are seeking customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to represent Vanity Vault at our **temporary pop-up store in Epping Plaza**. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling sales, maintaining the showroom, and promoting our brand on social media.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- **Sales & Commission**: Actively promote and sell our luxury vanities, earning a **$20 commission per vanity sold** on top of your hourly rate.
- **Cash Handling & Transactions**: Process sales, handle payments, and manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Keep vanities and mirrors spotless, ensuring a pristine and inviting store environment.
- **Phone & Customer Inquiries**: Answer calls and assist customers with product-related questions.
- **Social Media Promotion**: Assist in content creation and posting on our social media platforms to showcase new products and promotions.
- **Pop-Up Operations**: Help with stock management, visual merchandising, and daily setup/pack-down of the pop-up store.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Retail or customer service experience** preferred but not required - we value enthusiasm and a great attitude!
**Excellent communication skills** - confident in engaging with customers and promoting our products.
**Sales-driven mindset** - motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Attention to detail** - ensuring the showroom remains clean and inviting.
**Tech-savvy** - comfortable using social media and point-of-sale systems.
**Reliable & proactive** - able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Availability for at least 10 hours per week**, including weekdays and weekends.
