We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar asset management roles to join our team. About The Role
* End-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles
* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
* Analyse hiring needs and provide accurate forecasts
* Deliver exceptional candidate care and regular check-ins
* Use innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
About You
* Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in white-collar recruitment; agency experience highly regarded
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of compliance and labour hire requirements
