CATALINA is looking for a sommelier. All levels of experience will be considered.
The role includes providing specialised wine service, assisting the Head Sommelier and Assistant Sommelier with staff training and stock control, and contributing new ideas to a developing wine list and wine programme.
You must be hard working, dedicated, pro-active and passionate about wine and wine service, and bring enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude to the wine team. You will also need be adaptable, thrive in a very busy environment with a constantly changing wine list, and be willing and able to follow instructions from the Head Sommelier and Managers.
A valid driver's license is also required for this role.

The restaurant opens 7 days a week and is very busy all year round.
This position offers full time hours, and you must be available to work on weekends.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $69,999.00 per year
