About the role :
Operating within the PSH Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic support, advice, and guidance to professional staff within the Faculty. They will foster a culture of service excellence by ensuring best practices and seamless delivery of services to students and staff across the Faculty, including the National School of Allied Health, the National School of Behavioural & Health Sciences, and the National School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedicine. They will also support the Director, Strategy & Operations.

* Total remuneration valued to $160,095 - $170,833 (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation, and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions for eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, payable depending on your start date.
