SITE SUPERVISOR WANTED
Our client, a well-established company in the residential construction sector, is looking to add a skilled Site Supervisor to their team based in South Brisbane.
If you have experience managing project homes and a passion for delivering quality builds, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee multiple residential construction projects in the South Brisbane region.
* Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth operations.
* Conduct frequent site inspections to track progress and promptly resolve any challenges.
* Work closely with project managers, architects, and other key stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
* Prioritize workplace health and safety, ensuring all practices comply with relevant laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, specifically with volume housing projects.
* Strong understanding of residential building codes, industry regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractor relationships.
* Proven history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top quality throughout construction.
* Thorough knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
* Valid QBCC License.
