The Quality Assurance Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the quality systems and culture within our manufacturing business unit. This position focuses on implementing continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Our Renmark team is skilled and collaborative, providing ample support from experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage our Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs across the facility.
* Train personnel in Quality, Hygiene, and GMP responsibilities.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in problem-solving sessions related to quality issues.
* Analyze quality information, audit quality control systems, and benchmark our quality performance.
* Investigate, report, and implement corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints.
* Provide advice, support, and information to ensure effective delivery of our quality KPI's.
* Monitor inputs and outputs within the manufacturing process to ensure process capability and conformance to national specifications.
* Support site internal audit and external audit programs by maintaining compliance to site, national, and customer requirements related to hygiene, sanitation, and microbiological compliance.

* Prior experience in a quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with stringent compliance standards.
* Excellent communication skills and strong engagement as a team-player.
* Resourcefulness, and the ability to creatively identify solutions.
* Well-developed project management skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
