Senior Care Leader - Bundaberg
About the Role
CSBS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Care Leader to assist NDIS participants thrive in Bundaberg.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered care, assisting participants with daily tasks and activities, both in their home and the community.
* Lead and mentor teams by providing coaching, guidance, and ensuring a positive working environment within the NDIS framework.
* Coordinate the smooth running of SIL locations, documentation, and daily operations.
* Build strong relationships across Bundaberg to attract new participants and maintain connections with local support coordinators, community groups, and health professionals.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in challenging environments.
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and guide team members using a person-focused approach within a recovery-oriented framework.
* Experience working with support networks, nominees, and guardians to create holistic and integrated supports for individuals with disability.
* Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, NDIS legislation, practice standards, and code of conduct.
* Clearance checks: Positive Notice Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain one).
* Blue Card: Positive Notice Blue Card.
* Driver's license: Open Queensland Driver's License with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
* First Aid and CPR: Current First Aid and CPR certification.
