Responsibilities
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
* Meet deadlines for order processing and dispatch
* Provide excellent customer service in the warehouse and with clients
* Assist the team wherever needed
* Organise and maintain the storeroom, ensuring safety and accessibility
* Promote a culture of safety by prioritising safety procedures and ensuring the warehouse is safe for all
* Lifting, bending, climbing and operating machines or vehicles safely, including safe driving of delivery vehicles
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse experience focused on receivables and dispatching
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Current driver's licence (forklift licence an advantage)
* Physical capacity to lift up to 20 kg
* Commitment to safety and ability to build strong working relationships
* Willingness to learn and develop skills
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Passion to continuously improve standards and performance
