We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinic - someone who brings a calm, capable presence and takes genuine pride in creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and well-held for both patients and practitioners.

This role goes beyond reception. You’ll be the person who keeps the clinic flowing, managing the day-to-day so our chiropractors can stay fully present with patient care.
What you will be doing:
• Welcoming patients and creating a grounded, friendly first impression
• Managing bookings, calls, emails, and patient communication
• Liaising with radiologists, doctors, and other health professionals
• Opening and closing the clinic, and preparing the space for each shift
• Keeping the environment clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Supporting the chiropractors by anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
We are looking for someone who is:
• Warm, attentive, and naturally hospitable (especially with families and children and can hold babies)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Is aligned with a holistic, vitalistic approach to health (or open and eager to learn)
• Confident using technology (booking systems, payments, basic troubleshooting, communication tools and AI)
• Proactive - sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to take ownership and treats the space as if it were their own

This position is available for:
• Mondays 1:30-7pm
• Fridays 1:30-5pm
