Overview
Our client is a trusted name in load-bearing permanent formwork solutions, delivering proprietary wall and framing systems to the Australian construction industry for almost 20 years. As demand grows, so does their need for a dedicated Mixer Operator to join their fast-paced manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.
* Ensure consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.
* Load and unload materials using forklifts or hoists.
* Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.
* Record batch data, monitor processes, and report any variations.
* Assist in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.
* Follow all safety, operational, and quality procedures.
* General machine operation, setup, and manual handling tasks.
* Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).
* Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
* Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
* Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
* Willingness to work overtime when required.
* Must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.

* Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).

Compensation
Base pay range: A$43.39/hr - A$43.39/hr
