About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on Service Manager with strong leadership skills and a background in wide-format printing to manage a busy technical service team. You’ll drive service performance, ensure exceptional customer support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll oversee both in-house and on-site service delivery, manage technical support for partners and end users, and liaise with overseas head offices on technical and strategic issues. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the technical services team to meet KPIs and service targets Manage daily service operations, technical escalations, and spare parts processes Review internal service workflows and drive process improvements Collaborate with service agents and internal departments to enhance customer support Manage service budgets, reporting, warranty approvals, and parts inventory Develop training plans to meet international certification standards About You 5 years in a service management role, ideally in technical or printing industries 2 years experience with wide-format printers (knowledge of electrical circuitry is a bonus) Strong technical understanding and ability to support field technicians Proven leadership skills with a customer-first mindset Confident managing budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Why Join Our Client?
