Key Roles and Responsibilities
Senior Educator Overview
The Senior Educator plays a pivotal role in driving educational excellence at our centres. Collaborating closely with the centre leadership team, you will enhance educational programs offered to children, observing, reviewing, and continuously improving their delivery.
Deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content, you will guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes for all children.
Working collaboratively, you will lead transformative changes, championing excellence in educational practice and contributing to the ongoing development of our educators.
