Protech is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to work on major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Joyner and surrounding North Brisbane areas. We have multiple opportunities for operators across a range of machinery, including Excavators, Rollers, Articulated Haul Trucks, Rigid Haul Trucks, Loaders and more. These roles are based on active subdivision and roadworks projects offering long‐term opportunities within a safety‐focused team. Additional opportunities available for Excavator Operators with experience in Civil Pipe crews, supporting pipe‐laying operations.
About the Role
Full‐time hours with overtime available. Base rate: $ $/hr. Penalties after 7.6 hours and daily travel allowance. Monday‐Friday 6:30AM‐5PM schedule, Saturdays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate Excavator, Roller, Articulated Haul Truck, Rigid Haul Truck, Loader or other machinery.
* Assist with labouring duties as needed.
* Maintain machinery and communicate any concerns to management.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Tickets & Experience Required
* Construction white card.
* Valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
* RII tickets for plant machinery.
* Minimum 12 months operating experience on civil projects.
* Other RII machinery tickets and experience highly regarded.
