About The Role
Due to recent project wins, we re looking for a qualified carpenter to step into the role of Lead Hand / Site Foreman, working closely with an experienced site manager.
* Initial Project: Commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
* You'll also work on several luxury residential projects throughout Sydney.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate sub-contractors and site labour, ensuring high standards of performance.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Be the key point of contact for daily site activities and troubleshooting.
What We Re Looking For
o Carpentry Trade Qualified with previous commercial or luxury residential experience.
o A stable work history and a strong problem-solving mindset.
o Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
o Experience in managing industrial relations and resolving site-based issues.
o High energy, determination, and a focus on project delivery.
