Responsibilities
Provide exceptional front‐desk service to patients, families and staff.
Perform administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing billing and insurance claims, handling paperwork, and maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization.
Assist with patient triage, data entry, and patient advocacy, ensuring high quality care and compassion.
Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations and clinic policies regarding patient safety, privacy and confidentiality.
