Key Details of the Role

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 38 hours per week

Customer Service: Strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Administrative Duties: Answering calls, managing appointments, billing, banking procedures, document handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the clinic.

Patient Services: Assisting with patient triage, data management, and advocacy, ensuring a high level of care and compassion at all times.

Compliance and Safety: Adherence to legislation, regulatory obligations, and clinic policies concerning patient safety and privacy.

Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and learning, including understanding medical software, terminology, and procedures.

Team Environment: Work alongside a group of passionate healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional front‐desk service to patients, families and staff.

Perform administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing billing and insurance claims, handling paperwork, and maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization.

Assist with patient triage, data entry, and patient advocacy, ensuring high quality care and compassion.

Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations and clinic policies regarding patient safety, privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of customer‐service experience and/or GP medical receptionist experience.
  • Current working with Children's Check.
  • Completed CPR training prior to commencement.

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Pay

$24.00 – $29.00 per hour
