Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to customers with a mechanical background, preferably having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive
* Have a passion for servicing and maintenance work, with a positive attitude to work and a willingness to go the extra mile
* Maintain and repair forklifts and other heavy equipment with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
