Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supervising all shift operations, including customer service, vehicle flow, and shuttle services.
* Leading a small team during your shift – including task allocation, performance monitoring, and daily problem-solving.
* Ensuring all vehicles are clean, serviced, and ready for rent at all times.
* Handling escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across the office, shuttle, and yard.
* Supporting rostering, reporting, and shift handovers with accuracy.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
* Possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure.
* Is well-presented, proactive, and team-oriented.
* Holds a current open driver's licence (manual preferred).
* Brings a positive attitude and passion for the car rental industry.
