The Position
* Take over a well-managed medium-sized portfolio with shared assistance, including leasing and administration
* Have full control and responsibility, including relationships with both tenants and owners
* No PCRs
* Routine inspections outsourced during busy periods
The Criteria
* You must have experience working in a shared or sole portfolio - minimum 1 year
* A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humor
* Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
* High attention to detail & organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
