As a Workplace & Facilities Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering high‐quality workplace, facilities, and client‐floor services while leading and supporting teams to operate at their best, working with clients across professional services and corporate environments.

What you'll do: Client Services & Workplace Operations
* Deliver high‐quality services across client floors and meeting rooms.
* Manage facilities and tenancy‐related issues to ensure seamless day‐to‐day operations.
* Oversee Welcome Crew and catering services, including supplier management.
* Ensure spaces are well presented, functional, and compliant.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team to deliver consistent, customer‐focused outcomes.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support team performance and development.
* Participate in Workplace projects and manage tasks aligned to business needs.
* Collaborate closely with interstate colleagues and wider Workplace teams.
Facilities & Tenancy Management
* Build strong relationships with Building Management, suppliers, and contractors.
* Coordinate internal moves, occupancy reporting, and car park allocations.
* Support invoicing, finance reporting, and facilities‐related administration.
* Identify and expedite issues relating to office fit‐out or workplace integrity.
What we're looking for:
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications.
* Proven experience leading diverse teams with varied roles and responsibilities.
* Experience managing projects and working with complex budgets across single and multiple office environments.
* Background in corporate, customer service, hospitality, or retail environments.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
* Customer‐centric, adaptable, and responsive in a fast‐changing environment.
* Able to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and deliver outcomes with accountability.
* Demonstrated discretion and strong verbal and written communication skills.
