Storeperson Role Summary
As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in our Perth warehouse. Your role will involve timely picking, packaging, and stock control.
* Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
* Kit and de-kit raw materials for manufacturing operations.
* Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
* Use SAP to manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
* Arrange for export orders and prepare necessary documentation.
* Liaise with other teams to coordinate dispatch and receiving activities.
* Maintain a safe and organized storage environment.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* A valid forklift and overhead crane license is required.
* A tertiary qualification in warehousing or procurement is desirable.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is vital.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and codes of practice.
