Job Description
As a key member of our technology and development organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our test frameworks and automation infrastructure. You will be responsible for leading the evolution of our testing systems, refining CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with engineers to define testing standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Deep technical skills and experience as a skilled programmer.
* Proven history of building, maintaining, and scaling testing frameworks.
* Demonstrable skills in maintaining Continuous Integration tooling.
* Deep understanding of the test pyramid and its use in delivering quality software.
* Cloud skills in Azure Cloud Computing Services or similar platforms.
You should also possess strong collaboration and communication skills, a growth mindset, pragmatism, and adaptability to adjust to the needs of a changing organization. Additionally, it is essential to care about developer experience (DX) and long-term maintainability as much as speedy delivery of commercial products.
